  • 12 whole fresh jalapeños
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs optional, for crunch

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.
