Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth Add more if sauce is too thick.
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced Sauté for enhanced flavor.
  • ½ cup onion, diced Sauté for enhanced flavor.
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
  • Mix in cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and 1 cup of cheese until fully combined.
  • Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cook pasta just until al dente to avoid mushy texture after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
