  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

Baking Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Do not pack down the measuring cup.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to add more if you like.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together hot pork sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  • Add in Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Then add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up the meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
  • Pop the baking sheets in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill.
  • Once they are chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve!

Notes

These sausage balls are not only delicious but also easy to make.
