  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  • Add crumbled feta and Greek yogurt to the processor.
  • Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure even texture.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh parsley and extra feta if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes if preferred cold.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add a dash of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. This dip pairs well with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches.
