Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed if frozen
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped fruit strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple recommended
  • graham crackers or extra fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping. Be careful — fold, don’t beat.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped fruit until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

For a colorful presentation, use a variety of fruits. This dip is best served chilled.
