- 3 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil to sear the beef
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 stick butter 8 tablespoons
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes on each side. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add garlic and butter.
Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.
Stir and top with parsley before serving.
