Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil to sear the beef
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stick butter 8 tablespoons
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes on each side. Transfer to slow cooker.
  • Add garlic and butter.
  • Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.
  • Stir and top with parsley before serving.
