- 2 strip steaks
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 large zucchini
- 10 oz grape tomatoes
- 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini plus water
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wing’s Parmesan Garlic sauce
- Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning
Cut steaks into cubes. Cut zucchini into smaller pieces and slice an onion.
Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add all veggies. Season with Heat Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning. Add steak to griddle and season with the same seasoning.
Add one bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour some water on the tortellini. I used about ¼-1/2 cup of water. Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until tortellini is tender and cooked.
Once tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and then remove the tortellini from the griddle.
Stir veggies and steak around until both are cooked to your liking. Top tortellini with the veggies and steak. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
