For the Bars

  • 1.5 cups Mashed Bananas about 3 ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cups Nut Butter peanut, almond, or cashew butter
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup can use honey instead
  • 1 cups Chocolate Chips plus extra for topping
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine all wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl, mixing until just combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, optionally adding more chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and set.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before baking for added indulgence.
