Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups all purpose flour may use up to 2 ¼ cups
  • 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Topping

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 6 oz burrata
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • ½ unit lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • a pinch salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

Pizza Dough

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Mix in the warm water and oil using a wooden spoon.
  • Mix in another cup of flour to create a shaggy dough.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about a minute.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small dish and set aside.

Topping

  • Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • After resting, the dough should have puffed slightly.
  • Prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper and dust with flour.
  • Press the dough into a 12-13" circle on the parchment.
  • Brush the dough with herby oil and add prosciutto slices.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Top hot pizza with chunks of burrata.
  • Toss arugula with lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle on top.
  • Drizzle with honey, slice, and serve!
