Pizza Dough
- 2 cups all purpose flour may use up to 2 ¼ cups
- 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
- 1.5 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup warm water
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
Topping
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 oz prosciutto
- 6 oz burrata
- 2 handfuls arugula
- ½ unit lemon juice from ½ lemon
- 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- a pinch salt
- 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
Pizza Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Mix in the warm water and oil using a wooden spoon.
Mix in another cup of flour to create a shaggy dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about a minute.
Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small dish and set aside.
Topping
Preheat the oven to 425F.
After resting, the dough should have puffed slightly.
Prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper and dust with flour.
Press the dough into a 12-13" circle on the parchment.
Brush the dough with herby oil and add prosciutto slices.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Top hot pizza with chunks of burrata.
Toss arugula with lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle on top.
Drizzle with honey, slice, and serve!
