Fruits

  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 small ripe banana (frozen if desired)

Other Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup chilled unsweetened cashew milk plus more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon hulled hempseeds

Instructions
 

Making the Smoothie

  • Combine ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, 1 banana, ¾ cup cashew milk, 1 tablespoon cashew butter and 1 tablespoon hempseeds in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more cashew milk, if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a frosty texture, freeze the fruits ahead of time. Store the smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
