How to Make Viral Cottage Cheese Bagels

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until creamy and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, finely chopped spinach, and shredded mozzarella. Mix until cohesive.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, flatten each into a circle about 3-4 inches wide, and poke a hole in the center.
  • Place the shaped flagels on the prepared baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
