Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup dairy-free milk of choice
  • 10 oz Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chips 1 bag
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan bring sugar and dairy-free milk to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly so sugar doesn't burn to the bottom of the pan.
  • Allow to boil for one minute, continuing to stir.
  • Remove pan from the heat and add in semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Bring to room temperature before serving.
  • Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Reheat before serving.

Notes

For a thicker chocolate sauce, use full fat coconut milk or heavy cream instead of dairy-free milk.
